Please read the information carefully below before paying. By submitting your payment, you are agreeing to the payment and liability terms outlined below.
The participant agrees to pay $33.33 a month (plus fees) for 12 months for access to content for Singing the Wheel of the Year. These payments will be invoiced monthly at the recurring date of the original payment (e.g. if your first payment takes place on the 15th of the month, you will be billed on the following month on the 15th as well).
Refund Policy: The participant can cancel their subscription to Singing the Wheel of the Year at any time by contacting Saro at sarosingssongs@gmail.com or contacting Saro through the Teachable portal. The participant will be unenrolled from the course and given a set amount of time to download their accessible content beforehand. Charges will stop at the time the participant is unenrolled.
Waiver of Liability: By paying for the subscription the participant also signifies that they understand that Singing the Wheel of the Year involves singing, physical movement, and meditative and breathing exercises. The participant understands that such exercises can pose risks and assumes full responsibility for these risks. In the instance of any harm, physical or psychological, the participant agrees to release from all liability the course organizers including Saro Lynch-Thomason and and all third-party guests and subcontractors.
